Why bake on a pizza steel?
Pizzas should be baked at extreme heat. In a pizza oven, the surface easily reaches 350–450°C.
Your home oven? It usually stops at around 250°C. And that's exactly why you need a smart solution.
The Pizzabol Steel mimics the effect of a hot oven floor. You preheat the steel in the oven, and as soon as you place your pizza on it, the heat is quickly transferred to the dough. The result:
- a crispy bottom
- a light, soft inside
- no soggy or dry pizzas
Just like at an Italian restaurant. A real upgrade for your oven.
Pizzabol Steel vs. pizza stone
